Each short reaction paper is expected to take one aspect of readings required for the session or sessions to which they are attached and briefly expand it.

Ideally this expansion includes a brief summary of the chosen aspect and an application to a simple case taken from one's personal, professional or research experience.

Reaction papers should generally be in the range of 500 to 1000 words (two to four double spaced pages). There should be a section listing references if they are not to the required readings.
